Medicaid Fraud...

So my friend applied for pregnancy Medicaid before getting married. After she got married she never reported her income change. Her husband makes WELL above the income limits. They are constantly buying nice news things with all the money they are saving. I am extremely upset that she had a baby for free when my husband and I are struggling to pay for ours because we make $150 too much a month to apply. Am I wrong for being mad??
