weird mole?
I have been afraid to get it checked out, but tonight it randomly started to bleed when I simply touched it.. it varies in color depending on the day and can be black, burgundy or cherry red. Sometimes it even scabs over almost and I can pick it off. It's also raised.. idk if you can tell by the picture.? 
Anyways, does this mole look like I should get it checked out?
