7 weeks pp

Brown discharge every now and again when i wiped along with light cramping. For the past 3 days, not everytime i wiped, nothing else today other then clear discharge, today i had a pin needle dot of blood when i wiped i peed i wiped 3 times just to make sure i wasnt seeing things. It was a little tiny tiny red dot when i rewiped all 3 times i did wipe, again very tiny. What could this be? I haven't had a period yet.
