Hey mamas!! 
I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth Texas area. And I'm a working mom with a working husband! We both work overnight 12 hour shifts. The babysitters/nannies her want to charge anywhere from $100-$150 PER NIGHT! I think it's rediculous my 5 MONTH OLD son sleeps from 10pm-8am EVERY NIGHT! I'm just wondering how much do you mamas pay where you live for a babysitter/nanny??

You're paying for them to be with your child because you can't be. It shouldn't matter if they're sleeping or not. That would be like saying anytime your child naps during the day, you'll pay less. I used to be a nanny and only charged $10-12/hr. If it was s weekend? I'd get paid regular for daytime and then I'd half it overnight.

I would do $10 an hour. It's perfectly ok to drop to minimum wage while baby sleeps. I've been a nanny for 8 years and I have had plenty parents pay less while baby slept.

We pay $10 an hour for date night, but we have a nanny for our one year old and we pay $150 a week for 7:30-5:15ish. But she's a family friend that's retired. She'll charge us $75 more a week for our second child.

I am looking for a nanny now that I have number 2 on the way. We are looking to pay someone 15-17 an hour for daytime hours. So around $120 a day. $100 for an over night sitter isn't ridiculous.

That sounds right. I was/am a nanny for over 9 years now. I used to do a lot of overnights but with older children who would not wake up. I have made anywhere from $13-$20/ hour with full benefits. Now I am a mom and still get $15/hour when I bring my 10 month old with. I live outside of Denver.

That's actually really reasonable. I know some nannies that make $800-1500 A MONTH. if you have an o'paer (spell check that- a live in nanny) they usually get $2,000 a month. 
When I babysat a million years ago, I was paid $100 for the first 6 hours and $50 after that. I was 12 and babysat 8 different kids 😂.
