I want to give up breastfeeding !

Every time I feed my 13 day old son he spits out the breast milk. I've tried making sure he latches on right. He is I use a nipple shield. I tried burping him to clear out feeding tube thing and he still spits out with sucking. He gets soaking wet every feeding I have to change and clean him way too often. He usually eats for 20 minutes but lately it goes on for an hour or more. If I take him off he starts crying bad and still shows signs of hunger. I'm too stressed I can't do this. Yes just wasting the milk.
