Sudden decrease in milk supply?

My son is 5 weeks and I'm only pumping. I have had a steady increase in milk and will usually pump between 6-10oz per session. Today I have barely been able to pump 5oz per session. What could be a general reason for this? Do you think it will come back/has it happened to you?

Seems too early for your period to return but mine would always drop around then.
