FTM in need of help
I'm 23, FTM, no clue what I'm doing. I work full time so I will be exclusively pumping 💪🏻 I can't wait but I'm really overwhelmed by everything, I don't even understand how to get started, any time I try to look up about pumping I just find stuff about power pumping and how to create huge stashes of milk which is great at all but again that's overwhelming! I need info that's a little slower paced, I don't know what to expect I'm having this baby in 3 months and just want to figure out the basics. Are there any good sources you guys can recommend, books, blogs, videos anything! Advice is also appreciated lol
I'm not sure if any of this will be explained to me at the hospital or not, so please go easy on me if I sound completely ignorant I've just never done this before and trying to be as well prepared as possible.
