postpartum HEMORRHOIDS

So I am 7 days postpartum. I have been experiencing pain in my anus for two days now. After giving birth I didn't really have pain at all for two days after birth ( I'm assuming because the epidural). Now that I'm at home(I got discharged from hospital on Sunday night) I started to have burning pain on my butt and my vagina( I got stiches because of a tear). I tried using the spray the hospital gave me but it burns so bad. Anyone know what I can do about this pain? I've been taking ibuprofen and a stool softener only.   Hemorrhoids cream costs like 30$ that's a little too much for me. Anyone know anything I can use that's not expensive That can bring relief?
