Periods are Sacred! 🌹🌹
I've experienced that embracing my menstrual cycle, really helps empower me, connects me to my Divine Feminine. There's so much negative feelings towards our *moon* cycle, and I think so many girls are being taught that their period is something to be ashamed of, or secretive about, or that this "time of the month" is supposed to be painful and unwanted.
It is so vital for us as women to be aware of our bodies and how they function so we can truly love ourselves as well as our fellow sisters!
The time we are bleeding is a sacred time, embrace it, honor it, and treat yourself with all the self love you can! You can do this by;
•eating healthy foods *preferably less animal products/processed foods and more plants!*
•practicing yoga *especially if you experience a lot of cramping and pain/PMS*
•RESTING
•Self Love Bath
•Masturbation/Sex *if you're comfortable with this* orgasms help cramping, headaches, stress, or any other PMS related pain or discomfort and could even shorten the length of your period due to the contractions which help the blood flow :)
•Self Massage
If you have any ways you help yourself feel better during your period, share and let's all practice compassion for our Yoni's (Sanskrit for Womb, Source *of Life*, Vulva) and our Goddess BLOOD✨🌹❣️
What I love to do on my Moon is;
•Hoop dance/dancing
•Meditation
•Yoga
•Burning Incense/Sage
•Writing
•Drawing/Coloring
•Eating abundant healthy foods
•Drinking lots of water
•Accepting myself and being gentle with myself!
Our menstrual cycles are nothing to look upon as something negative and terrible. If you experience pain during your periods, go from within–how are you treating your body? Are you drinking enough water? Are you getting the correct nutrients and getting the physical movement you need?
Cramps are completely normal, but they aren't natural. What I am trying out right now are YONI EGGS!!!! They greatly help alleviate cramps, and regulate your cycle, not to mention that they give you SQUIRTING ORGASMS and the WILDEST sex of your life!
I use a menstrual cup now, and I've noticed that when I used tampons, my cramps and pains were more present, and left me feeling dry!

Did you know that menstrual blood is a GREAT fertilizer?! Next time you take out your sea sponge or cup, pour it in a plant, give back to the earth. ;)
Also, if your period is aligned with the Full Moon, charge your blood in the full moon energy and then get to fertilizing!🌱
