Period every 17-21 days. Advice??

Question

Since going off of Nexplanon (HORRIBLE side effects, spotting daily, etc.) and the Pill, my period is very irregular.
Since the start of my periods (age 10) I have very frequent periods that don't typically have a "normal" once per month cycle. 
Is there anything out there that can help with irregularity without going back on hormonal BC?

If it's just from coming off the hormones, it should return to normal with time. If not, see a doctor about it.

you said that it's been like that since you got off birth control but also said it's been like that since you started menstruating. so which is it? natural or not? if it's bc of birth control all you can do is wait. and let it take its natural course it'll regulate. if it's natural, sorry. look into some diet plans and see what habits can help regulate a period on google.
