Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar?

Some says it's safe....some says it's not. I'm 3 days past due and started getting sick and have had some sitting around since end of last year and I was just wondering what's the worse that could happen if it WAS unsafe

I'm going to my doctor tomorrow but just wanted to see for now

**** BTW It's not expired I've just had it since December in a dark pantry (which is how you're supposed to store it)
