Pain. Please help.

I'm 21, currently having no sex at all. I had sharp excruciating cramps yesterday in my pelvic area. So bad it hurt to walk, sit, anything. It went away after about an hour. It was almost too much to bear. Well, now I had the same pain today. But now it's just above the pelvic area. I took pain reliever but I can still feel the pain. Not as bad though. I also felt like I was about to faint during the pain today, not sure why. It could've been due to pain because I've fainted in my past before for various reasons. Any ideas what could be causing this? I shouldn't start my period for another 2 weeks or a little less.
