Discomfort in ovary ??

Question

Recently I noticed a very dull . Almost bruise like pain on the right ovary . It kinda worries me 😕 should I be worried ? What can it mean ??

I'm going to assume your ovulating. You ovulate usually from one ovary. If you ovulated on both sides it would mean you dropped two eggs. Your body just sort of takes turns dropping eggs from the different sides. I expect that's what it is. Im not ovulating right now as I'm on the pill so I don't ovulate. But when I'm not on the pill I can always feel when I'm ovulating. Month 1 right side month 2 left side month 3 both sides. That's been my body's routine for a long time. My family is riddled with twins I think for the same reason as me dropping 2 every 3 rd month.  For me it's a stabbing pain that is drawn out and takes about a day of pain. 
If it continues though it could be a cyst. So if it keeps hurting go to the doctor

If it's around your fertile period, it could be ovulation.
