When you see a little kid, diaper full, boogers coming out of their nose, face dirty, I know I can't be the only one, it's sad when I see it, because the parents should be taking better care!

Try not to judge!? I'm sorry it's gross, parents need to stay on top of these things. That's there child they need to care for the child properly. Pack better, pay more attention. I've seen it it's seriously neglectful. I can't believe there are people saying kids get dirty it happens don't judge.

Kids get dirty. Wipes and nappies may have run out or been forgotten. If the kid is happy, try not to judge.

I don't ever see it because the people I know with kids take care of them. It would bother me though because I take care of babies for a living. It takes me like 5 minutes to clean them up and change all 8 of their diapers unless someone had an insane blow out and pooped all over themselves which is rare. It doesn't take much to pick them up wipe their face and put them in a clean diaper. I would honestly say something because that's just lazy as hell. Would you like to sit in your own mess? I would think not so what the hell. Take care of your kids.
