Back/Round ligament pain
I'm 13 weeks and the right side of my back is so achey. I've literally been sitting in my car with the heated seats on for any kind of relief. Anyone have any tips or tricks besides a heating pad? Is it too early for a pregnancy pillow - or would that even help my back?
