Am the only one not ready for the baby to arrive yet ?

I still haven't bought any of the baby stuff I'm 27 weeks. Should I be rushing by now to have everything

Whatever you do, never ever think that you have plenty of time. One year ago, I was laying on the bed getting my 4d ultrasound at 28 weeks. My son is 9 months old now. Your due date will be here before you know it. Make sure you have plenty of clothes up to 6 months, diapers of all sizes except newborns you'll only need a few packs of that size more than likely, so open a pack as you need them, and if they're unopened, you should be able to exchange one size for one you need. If you're breastfeeding, you'll need lanolin cream (you'll thank me later), breast pads, a pump just in case, and a nursing bra. Probably buy a small can of formula (Enfamil newborn is made to be similar to early breastmilk), but that way if you need it, you have it. And unscented baby wipes. Just buy the store out 😂 
For you, invest in some good overnight pads. Also tucks pads. They're usually in the same aisle as witch hazel and rubbing alcohol. Get some recipes for freezer meals at least enough for a couple weeks. That way you aren't coming home with a newborn having to cook meals. 
Just don't think you have plenty of time. There's no such thing as plenty of time unfortunately.

I'm 28 weeks and I only have the "big" items (Cribs, Car Seat, Stroller, and Diaper Bag) and 3 onesies for my boys. I know I should start a stock pile of diapers or basic necessities, but I figure as long as I start buying things by 32/34 weeks I should be fine since I'll be induced by 38 weeks.

You have plenty of time :) don't rush you will have more time to wait for everything to go on sale to . I'd just shop around a bit
