I slept with my roommate...

So my new future roommate and I have been hanging out talking about apartments and houses that we want. But also to get to know each other. We met through mutual friends... we went back to his place last night and was watching a movie, one thing led to another and we had sex. Now what? Do I cancel the roommate plans (we both need each other in order to live in a decent place) or I think he is alil bit of a player and I'm gonna be hurt if he brings home any other girl (but I'm sure it will happen)... I don't think we could live in the same house and never have sex again. We really do click. Help?
