I'm really upset every time I have a scare one of my friends finds out they are expecting like a week after and I've been really down and depressed about it.... my husband and I are trying but I've just been really down lately.

Don't compare yourself to others. Count the blessings you do have. Let go and let God. Mother nature is in control. Stress and anxiety play a huge part in TTC. Let go and watch the magic happen. Give the universe positive vibes and it will give you a positive test. Good energy out=good energy in.

I get sad everytime someone else announces too.  Im so happy for them but sad for me. I understand.

I use to get jealous..we lost 5 babies b4 our son was born..it took us 5 years to have our babies.It happenned when we stopped trying and went to las vegas.

It's really hard to see other people get pregnant when you're trying as well. I get where you're coming from. I'm happy for them always, but it is a little gut wrenching from time to time.

Is it normal? Meaning lots of TTC people feel sad when it happens to someone else before them? Yes. Just remember it's so important to stay as positive as you can about YOU. So many stories of "it happened when we stopped trying" "it happened when we weren't thinking about it". Just focus on what's in your life now that does make you happy and keep that chin up!

Yes I'd imagine it's quite normal and common. Someone has something you want. It will be upsetting to many people.
