All this war thing is making me crazy. Everyday I read that war is about to happen  and it make me extremely upset , I just keep crying , today I've been depressed and cried last 3 hours , I can't help it . I hate feeling like this but I don't know what to do it's just on my mind all the time .

I avoid any news for the simple fact that I too get depressed. One thing that helps me is that I learn to be prepared, not in a preparers kind of way, but in a way that helps Me think that if something was to happen, I could provide for my family. It helps me have peace of mind, that I can be mentally prepared for whatever comes our way.

Are you pregnant? If so overly worrying and anxiety is normal at times but if it has you crying for 3 hours at a time and making you extremely upset you may want to check in with your dr....in the mean time keep busy and try mediation & grounding techniques
