Pregnancy and nipples (pls help)??

So I've recently noticed that my areola's rims look a little darker. But I can't be exactly sure since I never payed much attention to my nipples before but they are definetly sensitive to everything kind of? And I also believe my areola's are slightly bigger considering I have very small areola's to begin with. And there is this blue tint right before the areola begins. Maybe I'm overthinking it. But that mixed with my constant nausea and back pain make me wonder if this could be an early pregnancy symptom. Can anyone tell me their experiences with pregnancy and their nipples. I know that sounds weird but it would help my confusion a ton!! Before I miscarried I was roughly 12 weeks in maybe a little less and my nipples were leaking at that point. But early on I didn't pay much attention to them. So.
