question about Relationship

I need some advice me and this guy have been talking since the beginning of this month (April) I have already spend the night at his house like maybe 5 times and we barely know each other and I know that shoulds bad but he "told me liked me" and yes I know I messed up and end up having sex with him really early but when I spent this last weekend with him he was going in and out of the bathroom with his phone it made me feel some type of way like is he talking to another girl or something?? You know so at 1 am I asked him can you please get off your phone I'm trying to sleep it's annoying he said why I'm just on Facebook what do you think I'm doing talking to some other female ? I was like no I just want to go to sleep. Do you think it's too early for me to ask him if we are boyfriend and girlfriend And if so how would I asked him because right now I don't know where we stand he says he likes me and he told me he told his mom he is talking somebody.. I don't know I just need advice sorry this is so long
