cramping or growing pains? should I be concerned?
Hey ladies! I feel so silly asking this but I don't know what my body is doing! I'm 14w5d and just finished a very light Pilates workout followed by some stretching. Pre-pregnancy my workouts were more intense but I've taken some time off working out and finally have my energy back.
I'm not sure if I enduced cramping or if this is growing pains. These do not feel like menstrual cramps. They're very mild and almost feel like spasms. I tend to feel some ligament pain here and there further out by my hips on occasion but today this is more in the center of my stomach. No other abnormal symptoms going on.
Anybody have ideas on what this is?!
