How far along am I ?

Hello All! Just had a quick question. How is everyone determining how far along you are and your baby's size. Are you basing it off of the first day of your last period or conception date?

Conception date + 2 weeks for me but I was going through Fertility treatments and I ovulated earlier than day 14.

My doctor told me.  Had a vaginal ultrasound at what we guessed was around  6-8 weeks (I had irregular cycles so we wernt sure).  From what we were told dating prior to 12wks was highly accurate since babies grow at the same rate.   Afterwards, the further along you were, genetics started to take over so an US wouldn't be as accurate then.

My doctor bases it off the date my last period started... I think that's pretty standard.

My periods were very irregular leading up to my bfp so I hadn't actually had a period for a couple of months beforehand. Dr had to work out due date using my ovulation/conception date. Still accurate as I knew when I ovulated :)
