help potty training!

I need to know what worked for people for potty training. I have twins and one is not interested in potty training which is fine, I think he'll catch on once he sees his brother going potty. One of my twins is going pee sometimes but the last few days we'll sit on the potty for 30-45 mins and nothing then 5 mins later he pees in his underwear! Uhhhhhg I want to pull my hair out, I haven't even been doing this for a week with one of my twins but I need what worked, advice, anything please! Thank you in advanced!
