UTI and massive bleeding

I went to the ER on Sunday for bleeding to find out that I have a UTI. They did a transvaginal US which showed TWO sacks as I'm earlier than I thought by about two and a half weeks (I ovulated late and have a long cycle). My HGC levels were 9335 on Sunday. I've had heavy bleeding since then and clots (though apparently you can have bleeding from the bladder and uterus with a UTI) I'm at the doctors now doing the second beta test and I'm freaking out. I don't know how to feel. Has anyone else had a UTI while pregnant before?! Did you bleed a lot?! I don't want to miscarry not one but two babies.
