First ultrasound!!

So just had my first ultrasound she out me at about 6 weeks. A few concerns though, she said I have a reverted uterus (I think that's what it's called) so instead of tilting up, it tilts WAYY down. She had to do an internal ultrasound to see the baby!

Baby's heartbeat ifs only 105bpm. She said she's not super concerned since I'm early and a couple days could make a huge difference.

Any other mama's ever have a baby with a low bpm? If so did you miscarry or have a healthy pregnancy?

I'm so paranoid, I broke out in tears.
