Would taking a pain reliever (such as midol) help with the first time?

I really want to have sex with my boyfriend and we've tried and the last time we tried it hurt really bad.. now I freak out when we try and I really don't want to because I do feel like I'm ready I just get scared
But to help the pain would taking a midol help?

Midol is for period related pain. It won't help, but the pain won't really last long. Maybe have him try oral sex to get you in the mood and it'll help with making it easier?

Midol helps with period cramping not pain from sex. I'll say it never worked for me but you could try it. I use Tylenol or Ibprofien. I know I probably spelled that wrong 😂😂

honestly it's gonna hurt the first time but it's only going to hurt for probably the first minute if that but you just have to get through it. it could hurt from you not being wet enough so always be open to trying lube!
