pelvic pain during pregnancy
Has anyone experiences Pelvic Girdle Pain(PGP) or any Pelvic/hip pain while pregnant? If so what helped you?
I am 22 weeks and I can barely walk up stairs without crying from pain on my hips and pelvis. I can only sleep in one position to make it less miserable, and get out of bed a certain way. I don't see my doctor for two weeks, and I'm honestly out of options. Any tips that helped you guys would be great, in trying to not be cranky and miserable the rest of my pregnancy when I don't need to be.
