metal odor???

So I had unprotected sex 5 days ago, and I was really dry and could not get wet at all. I noticed after that sex, I have like a metal smell down there in my lady business. I will shower and wash down there and it will smell fine after, but comes back again and I don't notice it until I shower again. Any suggestions on what it could be and how I can treat it
