Help!! I can't get my wedding rings off!!

I'm 37w5d and cannot get my wedding rings off. I waited too long and now I'm swollen/gained weight. They are not uncomfortable but I was told not to bring them to the hospital. Anyone have know of tricks to get them off? I've tried lotion, dish soap, soaking in ice water. I'm just not sure it's physically possible at this point. Has anyone just left theirs on?! HELP PLEASE!!
