My baby girl is a little over a week old and I'm just curious what you ladies do to help your babies development? What do you do with them to help them develop better? TIA!

Answer

Tummy time, my daughter rolled over onto her back before she was a month old lol. We didn't even help her, she just did it. When she's more than a month old and starts smiling, you can make faces, talk, sing to her, etc. You can do all that now too, of course. Mines almost 10 weeks and I've been putting her toys in her hands and she's starting to grab them on her own. And she likes to bat at them haha.

Tummy time is important. Talking in a clear voice. As cute as baby talk is. I got older kids one reads to him in English one in Spanish. I sing him songs in Spanish that involve counting.
