How do I make him understand 😠

My husband sometimes goes to my purse and grabs some money not a lot just 10 or 20 dollars he also checks my jacket and sees if I have some money there again the money is not the problem the problem is that he doesn't ask me. when I get paid he likes counting my money and that just pisses me off I've told him multiple times how much that pisses me off and he still does it... I dkng want to start hiding things in my own house I've told him I will start and all he said was you should... soo ladies how do I make him understand??😑😟
