"Thick" is in and "thin" is out?
What is up with society deciding what's in and out? It used to be "omg, I loath for a thigh gap" now it's, "omg, thick thighs save lives" Like is that a joke? Love yourself the way you are. Have thick thighs, cool. Have a thigh gap and slim body, cool. It's kind of a bad thing in a way for girls who are actually over weight and thinking they are thick when they're simply "obese" or "fat, when in reality they need to be healthier. Like with this body positivity thing everywhere. Obesity is not okay! Anorexia is not okay! Stop supporting it. Anyways personally, I always thought "thick" mean't small waist, flatish tummy, and having an hourglass figure with larger thighs. I mean I'm sure it has boosted a lot of girls (who thought they were a bit on the heavier side and insecure) self esteem which is great but while that is happening I see these girls who like to consider themselves thick now belittling the more slimmer girls saying it's now their time to shine and to step off. Like yes, girl you got lucky and most of the fat you get carries in your ass, boobs, and thighs congrats. But realize when society decides to switch up on how they feel with being "thick" and something new will come along.. And then something else after that, so the cycle goes on. We as women should never compare ourself to other women, we are all the same, but in a unique way different as well. Being thick doesn't mean you are better then a women who is fit/petite and vice versa. That just means you are going by what guys have said and what they like or possibly being confident, which is awesome as long as you aren't shit talking the more petite/fit or curvier ladies. Like you for you, not for what currently society likes because it's "in". ❤️🌎👯💃
