Boyfriend doesn't do oral 🙊

Anybody else's SO just not want to give oral? I've been with him for 5 years and i feel bad for complaining but I'm just curious if its normal or if theres anything i can do to change his mind! I'm very obsessed with making sure im fresh and clean all the time because i feel like he doesn't want to because of my vagina. I've asked him why he wont even though i give him bjs all the time and his response is "idk". Help me ladies!
