Advice?

Okay well me and this guy were dating but we broke up and the feelings were clearly still there so we ended up messing around. Well while that's happening he ends up completely cutting me off and starts talking/ dating this girl (which is whatever ) but and then he is gonna ask me why I don't hang around him so much anymore lol okay? And since they broke up he is trying to start things back up with me. Idk what to do advice?
