So is constant cramping all night and day today a sign? It doesn't come and go it's literally been all day and tmi I have gotten diarrhea practically all day. I'm 39 plus 2 and I just don't know what to do?!

Diarrhoea is a sign of labour coming as your body clears it's system in preparation. The cramps may be small contractions. Just call and let your doctor know, generally you can stay at home until contractions are 5 mins apart and lasting more than 30 seconds however, as soon as your water breaks you need to go in and get checked as there can be a risk of infection to you and the baby then. I would say have a bath or shower first and see if that stops anything and then call them.

Usually you're constipated in your last trimester, so you may just be having diarreah and cramps from something you've had to eat. However, that little one could be shifting and your uterus could be getting ready! With no way to time them like contractions, I'd just call your doc and wait it out and see if your mucus plug falls out or anything else.
