Im more confused then I was before 😭😭😭

So I got a faint positive on a frer yesterday so went and got blood work done and my hcg levels cane back a 4 so this is odd as I've been tested monthly and it's always one when it's negative so am I actually pregnant ad its still just really early ??? I'm so confused I will go back and get more blood work tomorrow yo confirm but was hoping someone had something similar please anyone help I'm about 11-12 dpo
