Cheating?

So my friend came up to me in school and asked me about my boyfriend. I guess his profile picture on Insta, a few pictures/ videos he posted had this girl in them(see below). I brushed it off and told my friend that I trust my boyfriend so it must be a friend. Later tonight I was over thinking and confronted him about it. We have 0 pictures and she makes up 1/2 of them. He got super pissed and blocked me on Instagram and blocked my number. The only thing he hasn't blocked me on was Snapchat because he is "thinking about things".... should I be concerned about this?
