Gaslighting,toxic family/friends or toxic people in generl
Hello, hope everyone is doing well! I was wondering how many people here have dealt with toxic familiy members ie: blood,in laws, friends etc....What were your experiences and how did you handle the ones you have no way of cutting off? Also any stories/ information on how to combat gaslighting and any experiences you're willing to share.
