sick with newborn, PLEASE HELP

My son is two weeks old and just got released from the nicu a week ago. He has since been very healthy. My husband is feeling under the weather, and he isn't sure if it's allergies or the start of a cold. I'm terrified of my baby getting sick. Should I have him sleep in another room away from baby and I, or even have him go stay somewhere else? He's in bed with me right now and baby is in the cosleeper on my side of the bed, but I'm thinking I need to have him sleep in the guest bedroom at the least tonight
