I would say no. That looks like a hematoma, you should go to the doctor to have it drained and then let it heal before getting them done. My dad had something similar on his big toe and his nail fell off because he didn't drain it. Not trying to scare you but it would be horrible to get acrylics and then when you took them off your nail getting ripped off too.

I'm a nail tech, as far as what I see based off your pictures I personally wouldn't do it. If you go somewhere they most likely would.. but here's my reasoning. If it's a bruise, you'll end up losing that nail anyways.. plus you want to keep that nail free to sight as it grows.. if it's fungi again you'll want to keep it free to see.. you'll want to treat it.. might sound like a spainish hoax but Vicks works.. slowly be surely. Please worry abt your health before worrying about what people think of your nails.

Probably not, since there's a hole the moisture under your nails will make the acrylic lift which will hurt and make getting the acrylic pointless anyway - from a cosmetology student
