Quitting job

hey y'all. I tried googling this, but I didn't really find anything. I want to quit my current job, and find something else. I was filling out an application and when it asked for work experience it asked for the start date and end date. what do I put if i'm still working here? I don't want to quit and have nothing lined up for me. Also we recently got a new manager which is another reason I want to quit. She just started this week and I plan on starting to look for a new job after my finals are over next week. So the new manager doesn't know me at all. The application asked for the immediate manager's name and also the employers number. Is there anyway I could list my old manager who was just transferred to another store or do I have to put the new manager? My old manager had his last day this past weekend so it's very recent.
