I've been hooking up with this guy for a solid 1.5 years. All was dandy and I counted him as one of my close friends despite the fact that we regularly screwed each others brains out.

Comes over tonight (a week before I graduate college and we were planning on parting ways away) and tells me he doesn't "like our arrangment" anymore and he doesn't want to keep doing the casual hookup thing because wants a real relationship with "someone" (read: not me). This, after a year and a half and hanging out regularly. He did it in a very rude way-literally pushed me off of him when I went to greet him with a hug. Shitty tone, no good explanation, tossed a shirt at me that I'd left in his room.

So yeah, fuck me (or in his case, don't).

Maybe he is trying to hint he wants more with you? Maybe not, I'd leave this honestly, maybe say a "fine if you don't want more with us then we are done" and let that be that

He's probably taking the parting very hard. It seems like a defense mechanism. To break things off first and to act cold towards you so you so he will hopefully get over you. Idk this is just the way I see it.

He may have found him someone to be in a relationship with. Never go into a fwb relationship with feelings and keep yourself from catching them. All it is, is a "fuck and leave" type deal. So, him saying that means he's ready to move on from that. He found someone else, a real relationship.

College guys are dumb. They're going to act the way they feel. If he's acting like he wants to be with you. He'll make the effort to be with you. If he's acting like a fuck boy, move on girl. You're graduating college!.. that's a whole new chapter to look forward to. Plus older experienced guys have better sex and way hotter ! 😉
