Is it weird

Is it at all worrisome that I have few to no symptoms.... I am about 6weeks and haven't seen my doctor yet have had 15 positive pregnancy tests (yes I know, excessive but it calms me) I have slightly sore breasts and frequent urination, I've had nausea maybe 2 times and my appetite is lessish I was doing weight watchers when I got pregnant... this is my second pregnancy and my first I was sick all day. I am probably worrying for nothing as there is no bleeding. .. thx
