Need to Know, Can You Actually Find Love in College?

So my breakup with my second boyfriend was pretty traumatic to me, just because of how invested in the relationship we were, but still how depressing things turned out in the end. We are on good terms and were friends now, but I really don't want to be. I can't tell if it's him I miss, or if it's just all the couple-y, romantic stuff he did for me and that I could do for him. We're only in high school and we had started planning out lives out together, and as our bond deepened, I realized I wouldn't be happy with the playing-the-field lifestyle most people were content with. I want to fall in love again and build another beautiful relationship with someone like the one I had built with him, but my concern is if that's possible or not in college? I know people say it's the best place to fall in love, but is it actually plausible that you'll find the one there?
