24 Hour Urine Collection Test?

Has anyone else had to do this? I do urine tests at every doctor visit, and apparently I've had a lot of protein in my samples, so my doctor is having me do this test. She said it could be because all of my appointments are first thing in the AM so my urine is more concentrated then, but wants to make sure my kidneys are working properly. This test is gross and no fun! Collecting your own pee for 24 hours.. ew. 😭
