So sick after gestational diabetes testing

Went in this morning to have the testing done. Drank the orange drink provided and sat down. After 30 minutes I started getting really hot and nasaeous. Managed to not throw up before the blood drawn but I feel so sick now. Im dizzy when I get up and I feel too weak to even make something to eat. Is this a bad sign I won't pass? I'm 17w4days pregnant with mo/di twins. Anyone else experience this?
