bleediing, help!

Two days ago I woke up in the middle of the night and went or and I wiped and saw a little blood, I wasn't worried because after that there wasn't any blood. (I had light cramping ever since I found out I was pregnant) and then yesterday started out fine and I notice that I was having blood in my underwear and and throughout the day I had been bleeding and cramping and then night came and I was just cramping worse but the bleeding has been the same,  I filled a tampon in five hours. I didn't shove it in all the way up but just to were the hole thing was in. Today I'm still bleeding and have cramping and I hit 7 weeks today. I still feel bloated and my boobs got bigger. I just need opinions...
