I'm so scared of labor! help 😫

I'll be 20 weeks Monday and it has just really hit me lately how scared I am of labor! I'm a FTM so maybe that's why, but I'm terrified. Anyone else feel/felt this way? I don't think it's the pain I'm scared of, I guess it's more that I won't be able to do it. My pregnancy has flew by so far so I just know birth is going to creep up on me and I feel like I won't be prepared and won't be able to do it.
