Baby skin condition. HELP!!

My son is 10 months old and has had bumps on his cheeks since he was 2 months. At first it was ruled as baby acne, but it never went away. After multiple appointments and being told it could be a variety of different things (eczema, blocked follicules, allergies, so on) and a few different creams and prescriptions, they are now referring us to a dermatologist. Hoping for answers, but if anyone can help in the meantime and share a similar situation please do! Thanks so much :)
